In the beginning all the hash boards show only "ooooooooo" but after 15-20 minutes "x" also starts to appear. After I power the miner the fans start working extremely loud and after that they start working with power way below average mining sound. I also tried connecting to different pools - I connect to all of them, but after I power the miner the hashrate starts from around 500MH and drops to almost 0. I even powered it in a different place with a different router. I restarted the miner, changed the PSU with another one that came with my S9 November batch, updated the firmware, reseted the factory settings and nothing happened. The miner remained online and connected to the pool but it did not hash. It seems the problem is with the miner itself:Īfter that one day the hashrate dropped to 0. On 2 occasions my primary pool had issues and there was registered activity in PH. In my worker history the Accepted hashrate hasn't moved above 0.īefore I changed to PH, I was in with PH my back up pool. While writing this post, I refreshed the website and my Live worker status changed to 0 and after some time again to 1 but with no visible change and progress. After that the miner was connected to the pool, changed currencies several times, but still this is all I get and nothing else: I just set it only with a=scrypt and n=username.
I am new to cryptocurrency mining and I joined PH several hours ago.
